School Menu

Colegio San José designs and prepares its weekly school menu in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 315/2025, of April 15, which establishes rules for the development of Law 17/2011, of July 5, on food safety and nutrition, for the promotion of healthy and sustainable food in schools. This regulation requires that meals be balanced, adapted to nutritional requirements and food safety guidelines.

Colegio San José guarantees that the school menu is made from fresh and local products, in strict accordance with its institutional commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment , supporting the local economy and minimizing the environmental impact derived from the supply chain.

The menu is prepared in-house and the school has state-of-the-art culinary technology such as Rational convection ovens that allow us to cook food with a minimum amount of fat, while avoiding the loss of nutrients in the preparation of the recipes.

We recommend the consumption of fruit mid-morning, which provides vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals that are very beneficial for intellectual and physical performance, in addition to promoting hydration.

The College attends to the needs due to intolerances and allergies accredited by medical certificate.

Occasionally, this menu may be altered due to the failure to receive orders placed with our suppliers in due time, who, in turn, justify not serving them for reasons beyond their control.
